Flaming clowns and angry gods dominate the Secret Lair sales this month
We’re brushing shoulders with the holidays now, but before that, it’s important to wrap up November properly, and that means it’s time to talk about the bestselling Secret Lair cards sold throughout the month. We were expecting to see some pretty notable shifts this time around with the various Secret Lair releases within the last month, but a lot of cards that have been popular over the last couple of months have managed to hold steady.
The Bestselling Secret Lair Cards of the Month (November 2025)

We’re going to admit that we’re a little bit upset not to see any of the Iron Maiden cards as Bestsellers this month, but we’re not sad about the lack of Dwight. It’s a lot closer than you’d think, so if you’re as lovely as we think you are, please keep buying the other Secret Lair cards to ensure TCGplayer doesn’t have to watch The Office; there’s just no way it holds up.
#10 Porom’s Silence Magic – Silence (Rainbow Foil)
Silence
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Kicking things off is Porom’s Silence Magic (or Silence), which is one of the more common bonus cards from the recent Secret Lair x FINAL FANTASY collaboration. Maybe Stax archetypes are back on the menu for people looking to use this and Isochron Scepter to ruin people’s day? We really do like the artwork on this one; it perfectly mixes the whimsy of Final Fantasy with the horror of its monster design, which fits well as this one-mana instant stops your opponents from casting spells for a turn.
#9 Kratos, God of War
Kratos, God of War
Secret Lair Drop Series, Mythic

Kratos, God of War is a new entry and is the only unique PlayStation card to make an appearance this month. With the Secret Lair x PlayStation releasing last month, collectors and players are starting to pick up the mechanically new cards on the secondary market. Kratos comes with a mix of interesting abilities — one of which gives each creature on the battlefield haste and makes it so that every player takes damage equal to the number of creatures they control that didn’t attack during their turn. It’s an impressive effect, and one that can mean players actually end their Commander games, which is the most valuable thing.
#8 Knuckles the Echidna
Knuckles the Echidna
Secret Lair Drop Series, Mythic

Knuckles the Echidna is as close to evergreen as it gets as a Bestseller from the Secret Lair Drop Series these days. It’s not a massive shock, as the card comes with double strike, trample, haste, and lets you create a Treasure token whenever you deal combat damage to a player. Plus, you can just win the game during your upkeep if you happen to control 30 or more artifacts in your upkeep. That’s a lot of work for just one card, and one that rewards you for playing passive tokens such as Treasure, Food, and Clues.
#7 Harmless Offering (Rainbow Foil)
Harmless Offering
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Harmless Offering remaining as a consistent purchase from the Secret Lair Drop Series is a good reminder of the sheer unbridled power of Jeff the Shark. This card lets you hand someone a permanent you control, and while niche in use, will forever be in our hearts. If you’re ever playing with someone who casts this card in Commander, they’re not playing Group Hug at all; they’re lying to you.
#6 Super State (and Rainbow Foil)
Super State
Secret Lair Drop Series, Mythic

From the Secret Lair x Sonic the Hedgehog release, Super State remains one of those cards that’ll maintain good value for the rest of time – this is because it’s just the best of this effect printed thus far. The aura grants the enchanted creature a bunch of keywords, turns the enchanted creature into a 9/9, and makes it so that the creature deals damage to every other opponent when it hits one of them. It’s just a strong card in just about any deck, and because it’s colorless, it can literally go in every Commander deck going, too.
#5 Brainstorm (#7019)
Brainstorm
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Brainstorm remains an iconic card in Magic: The Gathering’s history, and one that still sees a ton of play today. This variant of the draw spell features Spider-Man and is one of the few bonus cards from the recent Secret Lair x Marvel’s Spider-Man Superdrop. The card depicts Spider-Man with his spider-sense popping off, and the card looks like it should do something if you look at it with old-school 3D glasses. If you don’t get that reference, then you’re too young to be on the Internet.
#4 Harmonize (#7021)
Harmonize
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Harmonize is another Spider-Man entry and is another bonus card from the recent Superdrop, but this one takes the cake for being the best art and flavor text combination. The text reads, “Spider-Band, Spider-Band, plays whatever a spider can…”. We have to assume a spider would be good at drums, but this card lets you draw three cards for the reasonable price of four mana. We have to wonder if the pig variant of Spider-Man is the best fit for the accordion, though.
#3 Cryptic Command (Rainbow Foil)
Cryptic Command
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Speaking of extra cards, this Secret Lair printing of Cryptic Command was the bonus incentive to spend at least $200 during the recent Secret Lair: Secret Scare Superdrop release. As for the card, Cryptic Command comes with several modes, from drawing cards to countering a spell — there’s a ton of flexibility in what the card does. While the artwork is quite striking, it’s a shame it’s hard to read. At least you can always check online to see what all the cards do, right?
#2 Sol Ring (#0912) (Rainbow Foil)
Sol Ring
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

This specific printing of Sol Ring means one of two things: Twisted Metal is a lot more popular than we realized, or there are a lot of people out there who simply love clowns. Either way, Sol Ring remains one of the best cards you can play in the format, so it isn’t much of a surprise to see players snap up the different versions as part of the growing Secret Lair Drop Series. This is the only other PlayStation card to make it onto the Bestsellers this month, which we find a little surprising, as there was a ton of hype for some of the other options (such as Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima). This wouldn’t have been the case if we saw some Secret Lair Bloodborne cards or if they (finally) put Bloodborne on PC.
#1 Master Emerald Shrine – Command Tower (#7012) (Rainbow Foil)
Command Tower
Secret Lair Drop Series, Rare

Master Emerald Shrine is once again the bestselling Secret Lair card of the month, making this two months in a row. Without a doubt, it’s a stunning piece of cardboard, showing off a massive emerald from Sonic the Hedgehog. This card is a reprint of Command Tower and is one of the bonus cards from the Secret Lair x Sonic the Hedgehog release. It’s also worth mentioning that the SpongeBob variant of Command Tower also almost slipped into the monthly Bestsellers. Command Tower will always be a staple of the format, and it turns out that Commander is actually pretty darn popular, so it’s not a huge shock to see it sticking around at the top of the pile. We’ll have to see if that changes in December, with so many new options for players to pick from entering the fray from releases such as Avatar: The Last Airbender and Marvel’s Spider-Man.
